LODGING POLICIES

The Seven Lakes Inn is a unique property and every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least fourteen (14) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation less a $35 processing fee per room.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than fourteen (14) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.

Minimum Stay Requirements: A two night minimum stay is required. 

Payment: During booking a credit card will be required to hold your reservation with a 50% deposit. We will process the remaining balance on the card you have booked with upon your departure and you will receive a receipt via email.

Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. 

Damages to guest rooms or Inn property during your stay are subject to repair and damage fees.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES

Check-in: 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.

Check-out: 11:00 AM. 

BREAKFAST

Coffee and tea will be available every morning in the dining room from 7:30am-11am. Guests will also receive a complimentary breakfast tray every morning which will be left for you in the dining room at 8am. We invite you to find a cozy spot in our dining room or enjoy one of our tables on the deck overlooking the lake. Please be sure to include any allergies or special requests in the form which will be sent upon booking.

ADDITIONAL INFO

Although we love them, pets are not allowed inside the Inn. 

Seven Lakes Inn is a NO SMOKING property. Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning charges.

Children are welcome, but please call in advance so we can make any necessary arrangements.

All of our guest suites are located on the second floor of the Inn and are only accessible by staircase.
